El principal acuerdo de la instancia fue la elaboración de una arquitectura de gestión que permita evaluar los Modelos Educativos (ME) de las Universidades estatales, en miras a la excelencia y la calidad en el Sistema de Universidades del Estado (SUE), abordando ámbitos de desarrollo estratégico que permitan orientar los procesos institucionales y su mejora continua.
